Do you charge a fee for currency exchange?
Is it true that you offer a 2% higher payout when ordering cash (from EUR to foreign currency and from foreign currency to EUR) via the online form?

What is the minimum amount of cash (from EUR to foreign currency and from foreign currency to EUR) that I can order via the online form?

Can I cancel a cash order via the online form?
Of course. If you want to cancel your cash reservation, write to us at info@menjalnica-ljubljana.si. If you do not collect the selected cash on the selected collection date, your order will automatically expire at midnight on the same day.

Do I have to bring an identity document with me when I visit the branch?
That's right. When visiting the branch, do not forget your identity card or passport, as identification with a valid personal document is mandatory.
Do you also buy Croatian kunas?
Yes. Despite the fact that Croatian kuna are no longer an official means of payment, you can sell them here.
Do you also buy Croatian kuna coins?
Yes. We buy both Croatian kuna banknotes and coins.
Do you also buy Swiss francs series 8?
Yes. We also buy Swiss 8 series banknotes.
What about parking when I visit your office, because despite the fact that you are in the city center, I find it difficult to find a parking space there?
Regardless of the fact that our office is located in the city center, parking for our customers is always taken care of.
You can leave your car FREE of charge directly in front of the entrance to our office, and just write down the time of arrival on a piece of paper. You can park your vehicle here for free for 15 minutes.
If you wish, you can also park your vehicle in the garage on Trdinova (next to the Center Police Station), where free parking is provided. When you visit our office, just bring your parking ticket with you, where we will validate it for you, and you can exit the parking garage free of charge.
